Janna Breslin is a professional model, Certified Nutritional Therapist, and NASM certified personal trainer based in San Diego, California. In 2015 she happily made her way onto the covers of both Max Sports & Fitness Magazine and Train for Her Magazine, as well as featured in Oxygen Australia, Maxim South Africa, and Inside Fitness Magazine.
Janna's modeling journey started in 2008. She found her niche with fitness and swimwear when she decided to compete in National Physique Committee competitions and took home 6 winnings in the bikini division. This inspired her to direct her attention on her ultimate passions such as fitness, nutrition, holistic living, and overall well-being. The fitness industry sparked a huge passion turned career choice, quite different then her previous job working as a Pharmaceutical Representative for one of the leading drug companies in the world.
The most important and valuable part of life for Janna is being healthy on a cellular level. Her belief is that once someone is nourished on a cellular level, then you can't help but obtain a healthy outside appearance. Janna follows a micro-nutrient dense diet without any gluten, grains, dairy, soy, sugar, caffeine, processed or GMO foods, which fills her diet with organic whole foods. A majority of her time is spent listening to alternative medicine webinars to gather the newest and most up to date information to share with family, friends, and clients.
Living an active lifestyle out of the gym is just as important for Janna. Some of her favorite activities include walking her dog, hiking, backpacking, biking, tennis, golfing, swimming, and hot yoga. With a passion for travel, she makes it a point to travel to a different part of the world at least annually.
Janna is now living her dream in sunny San Diego pursuing fitness and swimwear modeling full force!
